I think Da6onet is a very good choice for Captain, however I think Anamodiel would also make a great Captain. They are both extremly active in game and on the forum(both MXo and FA boards).

I would like to nominate ManicVelocity and Dagonet, both of whom are extremely active members of the Veritas.

ManicVelocity has been one of the longest active members of this crew (since the start of its formation, I believe, when the Carpe Diem broke apart). He has constantly come online and has also been one of the best RPer's whom I have ever met. His favorite thing to do is seriously RP with teh n00bs of the Matrix. It's fun to see their reactions. When I would tell them exactly what they needed to know, Manic would mysteriously answer their question and help them out even more. He truly has my respect as a member, and I would love for him to be Captain of the ship that I'm in.

Da6onet, the current First Mate of the Veritas, has shown throughout Eroz's absence that he is able to generally manage the ship while still helping anyone out. I do not know anyone else that knows more about the Matrix, yet he does not brag about it. He is always willing to help someone out, be it either by giving advice or by coding a piece of clothing. Da6onet's expansive coder library further shows his dedication to the Matrix and his long /play time. He always found a time to jack in, and always seemed to be online when everyone was and when no one else would be.

Both of these candidates I whole-heartedly approve of.

morning! just noticed your post tbone; very kind indeed of someone to have faith in me. That being said I do not believe I am famed for my RP or indeed my indepth knowledge of storyline (kinda like the fighting and rare items however) although honoured I think it would not do at all for me to accept the nomination. I took a look at the existing crew and quite frankly you guys have a nice ship with a very high knowledge of events, storyline and mxo understanding and any one of you from that ship who have been nominated would be a grand captain! I do not believe that I would particularly add anything to that ship (save for my obvious good looks).

That was nice of that person to nominate me (better not have been Alchemist).  I will accept the nomination, but I too believe that Da6 and Manic are much better candidates than myself.
