It seems from the info that is out there that they are keeping things fairly open ended as far as the background behind the two agencies. At the least, it seems as if the background is not going to be as rich or in depth as The Matrix. Although I hope I am wrong.

MxO also comes with three movies to set up a rich and in-depth background.. we may have to work a little harder to get a "more encompassing background".

if it is as open ended as all that, then perhaps there is room enough to work in a customized background, more so than we had in MxO. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see?
