The longest I've been able to do it is three weeks. Some of the exercises take nearly two hours to complete - I just never had the time. Now I do cardio on a bike followed by Ab Ripper X every other day. The days in between I do my own set of dumbbell exercies that doesn't require me to quit all of my jobs.

Yeah it's an intense program, but I need to make a change, I'm a shell of my former high school self.

We will see where it takes me.

Once this has been put in the books, it's either P90X2 or Insanity.

The amount I'm going to have to eat for my weight, is insane, but man if I have to eat this much I know the program is going to be effing intense.

I've watched most of the videos already getting familiar with the program before i actually start, it's going to take everything I got plus more.

Was it just the time requirements that forced you to take another path, or was it the program too?

Stretch (at least 30 seconds hold), drink water religiously before, during and after. Have something with good sugars e.g. An orange and bananas, afterwards to ease the soreness.
