If it didn't have the "B"'s in there I was thinking a SHA1 Hash. It's too long for MD5.

A sha1 key can have b's... anything in the hexadecimal set of numbers. It is also 40 characters... which would work out to the 160 bit encryption.

well i took the liberty of translating it to Decimal, treating it as if it were HEX, and I got this:

30 191 218 190 91 105 102 215 41 56 155 27 69 106 237 173 116 155 52 88

after all that nice fun work I found a translator (figures) and if translated to text it makes absolutely no sense.  But just for giggles I will also add the text.

¿Ú¾[if×)8›Ejít›4X        Have fun with that lol.

Sorry, yeah, your right on the "B" thing. Here are a couple pages I had setup about 2 years ago when testing MD5 and SHA1 hashes for encrypting passwords for www.textbookninja.com.
