New Leadership and Other Updates

Hello everyone! About a month ago we announced that we were looking for members to fill some available leadership positions. There were a lot of people interested, and this was far from an easy decision to make. After meeting with all of my staff, though, we've finally settled on two new Masters!

I'd like to welcome Mharz and Externalerror as our two new Masters! Both of these guys have proven themselves as solid members of FA, and we're excited to see what they can bring to the guild as leaders.

Mharz will be taking over the Aequitas and will be looking for a new Lieutenant. Mharz is also taking on the responsibility of our Raid Officer and will soon start planning and organizing raid nights and events!

Externalerror will be starting a new Order and will need help coming up with a name! He is also taking on the responsibility of our PvP Officer and will soon start planning PvP events!

We've got some changes coming down the tubes. First, we have a new Roster for our website that is almost ready for implementation! We'll be revealing that very soon! Our next project will be a better raid calendar so that creating and seeing events will be easy to do.

Another thing we are implementing is Code Fury. Code Fury is when something is happening in game where we want to quickly assemble as many people as we can. We will send out a text blast and make announcements on TS and in game. If you get a Code Fury, if you're at all available, please try your best to make it! Certainly if you're in game you should finish up what you're doing quickly and join up! This will usually be impromptu PvP events. Please note that only staff can call a Code Fury!

We're going to be doing an activity check soon, checking names in game with account on our website and getting rid of those that aren't in game. We'll also be taking a look at those of you that haven't chosen an Order yet, since we should now have enough room to accomodate Orders. Speaking of Orders, we're talking about ways to further incorporate our Orders into the game and the website, so hopefully that's something you can look forward to as well.

I feel like it should be pointed out that, just because some of you weren't chosen to be a Master, it doesn't mean that we don't appreciate your contributions to the guild. You don't need to be a Master to make a positive difference in the guild. Every one of you are equally as able to contribute to the guild in a number of ways, and just because you don't have some Master title over your name doesn't mean that you can't be an active member who positively impacts many people here in the Furious Angels.

Very excited to see us have some people wear the hats for putting a strong focus on PvP and Raiding.  Now that more people are hitting endgame, I know people are itching to get strongly focused on this.
