Lits, I'm glad you like it. He plays everything himself. Guitar, bass, drums.  Records it all in his room, with his computer.  The girl singing on the second song is one of his ex-girlfriends, and I'm not sure if his friend Nick wrote the lyrics, or the music, or both for that song.  He's got a lot of material so I was surprised that he only had two songs up.  I've got to yell at him to put more up.
