Days later and I am still no closer to the answer. I feel like I'm missing some details, but I have searched for an answer anywhere I can think of. I haven't even been able to identify what type of pattern/puzzle this even is.

How many numbers are there supposed to be in the answer?
Do I enter them with dashes in between?
What kind of puzzle is this? (the cypher at least told me that)

I know all the answers are there, but I don't see it.

I am up to my neck in following the signal and have been stuck on a specific puzzle for a while now. I don't want the answer, but some sort of wisdom to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

I'm referring to the Code Reconstruction puzzle. (18, etc.)

Any piece of wisdom would be most appreciated.
