I used a free program called Vroid studios to make my avatar and put the clothes on and then I imported it to Blender to do some more work with the bone rig to make it full body compatible and last I throw it on unity to upload it to vrchat.

I didn't have any luck with making it like the matirx code stream.  but I still like it.
