Opera and firefox is browsers..so I would say pick your preference. Though Opera is best

If you already have a firewall, you don't really need Zonealarm...

AVG Antivirus should be download if you don't have antivirus already..

I recommend downloading both Lavasoft AdAware and SpyBot Search and Destroy, and run both to remove all spyware. One might get what the other one misses.
