Do activated abilites stay when tree is removed?

Okay here is a question to be answered.  I plan on looking into this on Wed.  but if anyone knows this let me know  I will report back after Wed. night.  Say you have an ability in the Enhancer tree that once activated buffs your combat tactics and other skills up by 20 points and lasts for 600 sec. (basically ten minutes).  Say you activate the ability while your buy a hardline then take the tree out and upload another tree.  Will the buff on your abilities remain?  This could be a good tactic before going into a battle you know you've got 10 minutes of extra juice.  

This also brings to mind another question say we use an ability that buffs those around us on our team.  If we all have that ability and use it we could potentially buff an ability x8 (maximum number of team members.)  Is this even possible, if no one knows then we definetley need to check it out some of the trees under hacker give great enhancements to yourself and teammates.

I would say yes. The buff has been cast.
If everyone else cast everything on you, then you could have all buffs at once I guess.

Don't know for sure tho.

i dont know, if the mxo ppl are smart they'll have all the active buff's deactivated once you enter the construct if thats what you mean, other than that im pretty sure you can do that.

all i know is one time i created a pet an unloaded said ability. The similcra stayrd and worked too

As we have a suprisingly low number of hackers and vendors don't seem to be selling data mining stuff (STILL) I'm thinking about switching to hacker. I'm willing to go for buffs.
