The FA Style...

It's that time! We as a faction need to start REPRESENTIN'! Obviously wearing the exact same thing all the time isn't very convenient, so we figured we would have a set male and female outfit to use when we were representing the faction outside of battle (parties, recruiting, and other events). The male prototype we've chosen is something I've been piecing together. Here's a pic of it (shhh!):



First of all, what do you think? Do you all agree with this as our "uniform"? I hope so, b/c we've been working hard at duplicating it (the items aren't that easy to find). Let's go from top to bottom, shall we?

Archer Fadora - location unknown
Perception Shades - Collector's item, but we are working on finding an easier item that looks similar to this, but in a different color
White Avero Trench - Bobbiac can code it
White/White Avero Vest Combo - Bobbiac can code it
White Plain Slacks - Mara/Appolyon Clothing Vendor
Lucien Dress Shoes - location unknown

I hope to update this with the location of as many items as I can. If you can, try to have this outfit ready for Friday's Sexiest Redpill Party. We wanna be P.I.M.P.! I've got Grim working on putting together a similar outfit for females!

i can code the shoes but i need certain frags that can't be bought or made (due to bugs)

also as of tomarrow can make the fedora (archer, regular and female) but the frag bug is stoping me..

remember folks all i need to do is make the code for it once and i can complile it many times.

also ill need white female (orange icon) appearell to make this work

funniest part is i already have that whole outfit well except for the shoes and glasses. That is one of my many outfits that i wear to parties. i'm glad to see i won't be look for much to complete it either .anyways as much as i hate conformity and uniforms, it's good to see you have good taste in cloths so i can deal with wearing it..

*edit* shit.. now looking at the picture my vest is different... oh well,  maybe i'll have MOST of the outfit and just keep one of my current vests...

I've been seing purple dots everywhere since I've seen you last night.  My physician told me that the damage to my retina was irreversible.

P.S.: By the way Tbone, I think the outfit looks nice but I'm really not crazy about the Fedora.  Looks like Dick Tracy or some Chicago mobster in the 30's.

That's a definite possibility. Another idea I was toying with is that you just have to wear mostly white - some sort of white ensemble - and that maybe it doesn't have to be exactly the same. The hat/no hat issue is worth bringing up though.

hmm i like the hats though , maybe just the trench and pants (mainly because i already have it) with varying vests? the only problem with fedoras is that they aren't the same white color as the clothing, they have a dirty white look to them... if there was a PURE white fedora it would look PERFECT. it looks good now though but just a suggestion...

and core.. what's wrong with dick tracy or 80's mobsters look?... they  were badasses and had a good elegant look when they kicked ass

Thats pretty much exactly what i had in mind for my look before I ever jacked in.  Good job.   In my opinion the hats a nice touch, too.  I gotta get these threads....so Bobbiac...I'll be lookin for ya tonight.

You might as well start making these outfits in advance man.  There's gonna be a huge of demand for it.  Let us know if you need anything (frags, bits, etc).

Bobbiac and anyone making these clothes - You should post a recipe list so everyone can be looking out for the code frags, patches, and whatever else you might need.

I'm a big fan of the outfit but as stated earlier I'm a little hesitant about the head wear. My only real concern is that I really like my cowboy hat. lol. Bet no one saw that coming... The outfit looks great but maybe headwear could remain an individual thing? Just a thought. I'd wear a white cowboy hat for dress occasions if I could find one. Oh and I'll need a full uniform except the pants of course. Let me know what I need to do to get it and I'll get working.

i don't think we should have it EXACT, like Tbone said some along the lines of white should be fine. I have had the outfit for a while so i have no  problems wearing it. Besides if anything we can all wear most of it with varying attributes, like maybe some people with hats, others without, others with different hats, some with different vests... get me??

I think it should be EXACT. It's just our formal wear! Like a suit that we have in the closet that's only there for special FA occasions or when we want to freak a bunch of people out and intimidate them.

It's not like he's asking for us to CONSTANTLY wear this stuff. And even if he was, I wouldn't have a problem with that. I can guarantee that having a suit and all of us being formal like that makes a larger impression on people than just being there.

Plus the fedora is just so cool. Reminds me of 'A Detective Story'.
