Fight Night Recap
The big news for the week was the GM Fight Night. For those of you unable to participate, we had a great day hopping around the Slums dueling players. There were battles in locations like Debir Court in Mara (Burly Brawl location) and a rooftop in Kedemoth. We had a few technical hiccups, but otherwise had an excellent day.

Originally, we planned to hold duels all over the Matrix. Sites included places like the Orchard Public Baths in the International District and the courthouse Downtown. However, we decided we’d like everyone to be able to join in on the whole day for this first event. So we moved everything to the Slums instead.

The after-party was absolutely amazing! Our top count gave us 130 people at Club Sphinx at one time. Radio Free Zion was cranking out the tunes and the whole floor was packed. After hearing comments about Agents not being programmed for dancing, our team decided to show otherwise. (Actually, we just like to wear our suits at formal occasions.)

Not to be outdone, the Furious Angels switched into their stunning whites and fedoras and surrounded us suits. It looked like some bizarre dancing Matrix chessboard over by the bar. And the only violence that broke out was an FPS massacre.

One thing I forgot to mention before the event: When we do things like this in game, don’t be surprised if you get a message asking for some feedback. We’re going to have team members chatting with folks to find out what they thought of the event. We’re always looking to improve the game for you.

A big thanks to Darbacour, Evan, Rovman, Snork, Tbone, Windscar, DizzyBlonde, Joppe, Sneaker, Sundog, and Theli for taking some time to chat with us about the event. We’re looking forward to doing more with everyone out there, so don’t be shy when you’re tapped for an interview.

I’m not sure what we’re going to do next, but I was told the QA team wants to avenge the honor of Monolith. I don’t know if we’ll have a chance to organize that, but we’ll see what we can do.

Well it sounds like I missed another good one......damn work schedule.  Anyway I will see everyone this weekend for sure!!  I need to some serious playing since I don't get much time during the weekdays.  I am going to head over to the MxO boards and see what they had to say.

It seems like the FA style has had it's effect

I like how it contrasts with the agents' look.  It only makes sense since we're opposing organizations.

We should keep up wearing our pimp suit for other social events.  It's our trademark now

Speaking of the Fa style, now that it is official I will need to change my normal look as it is too similar to the new look, so can anyone craft either a purple or black shirt tie combo?
