as long as it's smooth flash with 3dsmax or swift 3d or w.e its called. Personally flash by itself isn't really good but add swift3d and you can pull off some amazing stuff

No, you can make a lot of stuff with flash if you know how to use it properly. SWiSH just automates a lot of commonly used functions.

i suppose.. all i know is that i knew this Flash wiz that used Swift 3d ( i think thats the name) and his flash anims were as smooth as a Normal cartoon on tv. Others that i have seen are slow and sluggish but w/e i don't know much about it so i'll take your word for it

They're not normally a Flash wiz if they don't use Flash. They're just using other programs to make it look like they are...
