STORYLINE / LETS BE A PART OF IT

As Cortico posted in a seperate thread we are losing the race to the Mervs.  Why, because we weren't sure what to do and are second guessing ourselves.  It is obvious now our tasks are to get as many of the RSI Frags as possible and turn them in.   They are tracking which faction is turning in thow many RSI Frags and even how much each person is turning in.  Chances are at a perdetermined time a second phase in the storyline will open and the faction, and most likely individual within that faction, who has turned in the most RSI Frags will have a specific part within the storyline.  I don't want that person to end up being a Merv. or Machine, or any other Zionist but a F.A. member.  Let's see them ignore us if we turn in the most RSI Frags.  We are also going to have to work extra hard because you know the other factions will now be thinking the same thing and we are most definatley behind.  

Now is the time for us to really get to work.  We should have people constantly farming the agents for the RSI Frags and other people activly going out and pursuing the storyline.  People Farming should have one specific person picking up all the Frags and turning them in.  Myself and I think, Doan, were able to wade through a bunch in a very short time yesterday afternoon.  A logic bomb, two at the most and 3-5 guys were down... I moved on while he harvested.  It is a perfect way to get mass amounts quickly.  

I know alot of people like to go and PVP, however PVP  will always be there while this storyline will not, and best bets say that you'll end up getting yourself into PVP situations if your activley pursuing the storyline info.  I know a bunch of people want to lvl up as well, but perhaps these next few days we should focus on the story and make that impact upon the storyline we have all said we have been wanting to make.

at this point we MUST unite the zionists factions in this goal... we all have to concentrate on farming as many of these RSI frags as possible... skrew getting a full set... skrew pvp... skrew lvls... farm farm farm... make sure the collectors are clear and farm some more... hell... at this point it might even be a good idea to camp the other factions collectors... For example... the reason the other factions have been camping ours is because they've recieved orders to do so... so at this point i say its fair game.

The Mervs are leading the collection of the frags according to Data Node.  We should have a team that does missions and a team for sole collection of frags all day.  We need to take the lead again.

That would be unwise ketamininja... seeing that when you turn them in... the collector only takes one at a time... this would also slow us down significantly... and the frags are non tradeable

it doesn't even look like were in the running yet, so keep it up guys.  hopefully by the end of this ilttle challenge we'll have jumped uptop to at least tie with the merv

Does anyone know if this is based on your current rep, or if you are part of a faction?  The reason being is that all of us that are still potentials aren't technically tied to a faction, except through our reputation.  So if the turn ins are being based off of being tied to a faction, we (potentials) can't really help much.

I think one of our biggest problems so far has been maintaining the balance between our fragile politcal situation and the most efficient way to win. The other factions like the Merv. can freely "gank" and camp any zionists they see who might or might not be participating in this event. We do not have that luxury, which puts us at  a disadvantage. I am not a fan of camping methods or killing anyone lower lvl than I, but in situations like this we are technically at war. I do not know if I want to see us using these methods or if the other organizations have been seen using these tactics. But I do know for damn sure I do not want one of the frenchman's dogs that have been flaming us in the forums to hold a key role in the storyline.

3 things are key to gain the lead.

1. low-mid level farmers. (perferrably players under lvl 16)
2. high level farmer's in low level areas. (If we want to get down and dirty, start killing agents that are being pursued by low level mero's whom we can't attack)
3. mid-high level people patroling merovingian collector areas.

Agree with XxUnforgivenxX.

Mid-High level Machine and Merovingian players were killing us(EDIT: Us being the under 18 players) in Gracy Heights Central last night while I was trying to farm some up.

Ended up with only about 20 to turn in, lost at least twice that since they disappear on death.

So they are playing hard ball by keeping low levels from turning in a good 2/3(my experience) of the frags they collect.
