Rarebit responded to Danny's question. It was rather funny...

So rarebit can you enlighten us on what method you use to select players for interactive live events content? I saw your post and im wondering if you have a 4000 sided dye "yeah one for each subscriber that you roll to pick out who gets the meetings.

Sometimes we scan the "Events" boards for a gathering that sounds like it could use a story character appearance. My own usual modus operandi is just to pick a character I haven't used in a while, jack in, and visit locations where I think that character might go, and where I think I might be able to find players interested in the sort of interaction I have in mind.

For instance, I wanted to have Seraph duel some people, but without gathering a huge crowd immediately, so I went to Downtown. I didn't see anyone at the random hardline I popped out of, so I looked around for nearby landmarks, and noticed MetaCortex. I flew over there and was fortunate enough to find a player on the roof.

After dueling them, I went NE, hoping to find people in the more built-up areas of Downtown, stopping on rooftops every so often to look around. This didn't turn anything up, so I used /who to see if I could find someone in the area, and the name that came up was Broin's. I teleported to his location and made an appearance.

Another favorite thing of mine is to sit on a bench in Debir Court as the Oracle and wait for someone to come by.

These interactions sound pretty random, and they are. These are simply some of the easiest ways to encounter small groups of players when I have an hour or so to spend in the game.

Don't believe everything you think.

I am reading deeper into the forums and it appears psy is in asshole mode. raebit's reply:

No im saying Sonys lack of fair content distribution in the form of live events content and the fact that we legaly own all these sites is. Anyways ask FA and seraph to front the bill for 6 websites a month im sure them and Seraph will have no problem since they are such importent community contributers.

I don't expect anyone who doesn't want to believe this to believe it, but Seraph's encounter with Broin in DT Vector was entirely by chance. Seraph also happened to come across another player that day, on the roof of MetaCortex, but they apparently don't tend to post on these forums.

If Live Event appearances seem to be distributed "unfairly," it is simply because our limited time makes them rather infrequent.

Don't believe everything you think.

Yea Danny and Mek are in fuck you all mode.  Mek shut down Matrixdojo(again) and screwed over caffinex.com, slumbreil.com, matrixstory.com, and matrixarchive.com.

He wont even give the domain of matrix archive back to Stack who created it.  I was waiting for them to drop their we love the community act and show their true selves to the public.

Lol Khronik I saw that too, him trying to make Broin look bad got old about the 10th time he said it.

LOL... looks like someone forgot to take their Ritalin  :D

You know funny thing is they had a special meeting with a LET agent like a month before, I think Mek had the meeting much like mine.  And Psy was insane with anger at Mek over him (Mek) getting the meeting and Psy not

The other really funny thing is that the LET/Seraph said he did a /who and found my name.  Well before I started my box I did a /who and saw that Psy was in the area.... So that means when the LET did the /who they probably picked up Psy's name as well but stayed the hell away from him.  I wonder why  :p

I would say case in point his bi-polar disorder now being displayed on the forums... poor guy  :'(

Go ahead, make my day.

If you demand respect, you'll never get it.  This seems to be VV's specialty, albeit indirectly.

I hope they get banned soon.

Bah, the Oracle's a looney who hands out candy, wears men's shoes and talks to walls...she also invented the redpill (technically), but that's beside the point.

I could just see it now, the post from Broin:

"Well, I talked to the Oracle about why it happened, and she claimed these n00bs were all up in her grill, so told her homie Seraph to steer clear of the n00bs. So Seraph went after the guy that (OBVIOUSLY) owns. Moi XD"
