- First off there's 3 new special zombies, which means there's 6 special zombies that can attack you (all 3 new ones are dicks in their own special little way, and imo much worse than the original 3)
- there's unique common infected of a sort now depending on where you are running around in the campaign...i.e. clowns zombies in a carnival that are like regular infected, but since they have squeaky shoes they attract all sorts of unwanted attention if they chase someone
- witches roam around in the daylight
- finales aren't the same old copy and paste finishers like in L4D1...each one is different in some way (either in what you have to do, environmental stuff, when taking on tanks in the finales in L4D2 there are special zombies that attack as well, etc)
- Nick and Ellis are badasses...not as collectively badass as Francis, who will be the greatest L4D character to date, but close enough I suppose.
