I think it was a good game, helped explain reloaded. but it would have been better if you could play as neo or trinity.

The game was good if you took it for what it was. It was a fun, albeit mindless, beat-em-up with a really cool focus engine, pretty awful fighting engine, and a pretty decent story line. It was fun to play but I woudn't call it "The best game of all time". It just depends what you want to get out of it.

IMHO it was a badly implemented great idea. If the bugs had been fixed, a better combat engine had been used and some things had been either improved or cut alltogether then it would have been an awesome game. I think they simply tried to put it out to fast to be honest, it seemed a half assed job, and that's smoething that should never be allowed on games. That's just my two cents though

LoL....it did seem a bit rushed. But I did like it. If you had played as Neo though, it wouldn't be any fun at all....you could kick everybody's ass - what would be the fun of it? Trinity would have been enjoyable to play as though - and also Morpheous.

Also though, I would have liked the game to focus on some missions not related to the movie. I always wanted to see some of the missions that the operatives went on before Neo. THey never showed us one, and I am disappointed about that. If they do make a Seraph game, hopefully it will be better.

I liked the game. I thought it had alot to offer, sadly it was a big buggy and lacked replay value. STILL, the back door hacking and the extra movie flim was great.

worst game ever...ive played text based games that were more entertaining, graphics sucked, story line was actually on track....for the most part. the fighting engine was the same 3 moves over and over again. the hacking was ungodly easy, i mean i got it....i dont get anything!

The game was way too short... I beat it in hard in only 2 days. Personally, I like games that long...

I do wish it was a little longer, but overall i thought it was really fun. Just a good shoot em up game with a little strategy at certain parts. A lot of people said it was buggy, but i never had any problems with it. Well accept that my playstation happened to break while i was working on the game. But that was completely unrelated so it doesn't count.

I thought it was cool, but mainly because it is the only Matrix game out at this time. I agree that it was good for a little but then you realize that it's the same thing over and over and over.......

It didn't have any replay value for me as well, but the backdoor hacking was fun for a little while. I think the real reason I picked it up was because of the additional footage they shot specifically for the game. I just felt like I needed that extra piece of the storyline if they went through the trouble of putting it together for us all. I'm a cinematographer and anything Bill Pope shoots is something I wanna see! I enjoyed using the focus abilities, but the fighting engine wasn't as up to par as I would have hoped. I really didn't enjoy the driving pieces either, the physics for vehicle movement could have been handled better.

The storyline and the plot were good, but overall IMO the game wasn't so great. Then again games based on movies are not always the greatest, there are some that break the mould though, I believe MxO will be one of them.
Its not worth buying it though, download it if your that interested, but I thought the hacking part was the most fun, bit too easy though but oh well.
