Having internet troubles

Forgive me if i dont play a lot the next week. Something is wrong with my internet. I can play but i get disconected several times a day. Im having packet loss issues. The cable company says that they need to put a booster on  my singnal but it will be over a week before they get someone out here.  So i will continue to try listing in on TS and maybe try playign a little but dont be mad if my internet continues to disconnect me (when it happens i cant log back in for hours it seems)

Hmmmn, and the weeks refund since they cannot provide the service they advertise?

I agree Myth you should turn around and get a refund for that week. Anytime my internet craps out for more than 24 hours, I call Cust. service and request a credit for the downtime. Most of the time the first person you ask for will try to talk you out of it, just insist, and ask for a supervisor, and that will fix the problem Enjoy your week's credit.

I had a problem with my internet after I had moved House some reason my internet wireless was Effing up Found out that the Router Was connected to the Main phone line without a ADSL Filter so every time somone Phoned it Cut out lol. Luckly I spotted it.

I was having problems with my internet, actually ended up dying all together, but it was my own dumb ass fault. I made my networking cable with the strands of wire in the wrong spots when I crimped the ends lol. The odd thing is, the cable still worked for 8 months before crapping out on me.

aaarrrgfgggghh just logged on was kicked right off i give up till next week......i will be calling customer service asking for a weeks refund good idea guys.... I dont normally complain but this is a fuc*ing joke.
