You might as well try to become a substitute teacher. I'm not sure how long it takes to become one, but It should be at least more than a week, but the job is very flexible.

Well I'm no professional but I say do something that you enjoy =D Like erm.... a video game store assistant etc.

Student tutor.  Some places pay well for you to tutor elementary and middle school kids part time.
