It honestly depends entirely on what you are doing, where you are doing it, and at what time of the day; primarily due to player population and packet size. For instance, questing solo with nobody else in the area only takes 1-3 kbp/s (with about 70-80% of that being download bandwidth). PVP? Much more, what with constantly moving players and actions being registered and updated. (Couldn't get into a WZ at time of posting to check.)
