My roommate decided not to renew the lease for the townhouse I'm living in since they are raising the rent by $200. As a result, I have 30 days to move out or take over the lease (which I assume I may could do).

If any of you are looking for a place, know someone who is looking for a place, have a room your trying to rent, or know someone who has a room they are trying to rent, please let me know! I'd prefer to stay in Virginia close to the Shirlington Village area since that is where I work. Thanks.
